BELLAOGGI BASE & TOP 103

BASE & TOP is a semi-permanent product with a double function, it must be used both as a base and as a finishing top coat.

Cures in 2 minutes in UV light or in 1 minute in LED light.

When applying the bellaoggi pro professional lacquering system, BASE & TOP should be used as the 3rd step with BASE function, after dehydration of the nail with NAIL PREP and the preparation of the nail with PRIMER ULTRABOND and as the 5th step as finish and color sealant, after the application of the color GEL PRO.
