1 - Twist the retractable eye pencil to expose the lead. Use the integrated sharpener for even more precise application. 2 - Glide the eyeliner pencil along the inner and outer rim of the eye. Repeat the application to intensify the result. 2 - If necessary, blend the line with the blending tool . Make short, delicate strokes in the desired direction. The more you blend the texture, the longer the eyes will look.
